AIRFRAME / OPS

Beyond Flight.

What we see · during the flight

Flight Operations Centre.

Our operations team watches every flight, keeps the log and is your single point of contact while you are live.

  • Watching the aircraft

The same live feed and flight data the pilot sees, so questions are answered without interrupting the flight.

  • Keeping the record

Every check, message and decision logged against the job, so there is a clear account of what was agreed and when.

  • Talking to you

One point of contact while you are live. Requests go through us to the pilot, never around them.

What you see · during the flight

Your view of the operation.

A view-only dashboard for your project, and a separate one for anyone you choose to share it with.

Live video from every aircraft on your operation, side by side, and nothing else to distract from it. Flight data stays with our operations team, and you can speak to them at any point.

  • Access is authorised

Viewers are given access for a specific operation and see only what their view allows. Nobody sees an operation by default.

  • View only

Watching an operation and controlling the aircraft are separate. Every dashboard is view only.

  • Shared with your agreement

You decide who else should see your operation, and we set that up with you.

Your site · your objective

Tell us about your mission.

Share the site, what you need to see and when. We will plan the operation around it and come back with a clear proposal and quote.

Include the site address, what you need captured or monitored, and your preferred dates.

On site

The right team for the site.

Every operation has a remote pilot in command. We add people when the site, the risk assessment or your requirements call for it.

  1. Standard Survey

Typical for: Roofs, inspections and surveys

A single pilot with the aircraft, supported by our operations team. Suits most inspections and surveys on controlled sites.

    • Remote Pilot
  2. Complex Site Operation

Typical for: Construction sites and estates

A visual observer extends situational awareness and a site liaison handles the client and site team, so the pilot can concentrate on the aircraft.

    • Remote Pilot
    • Visual Observer
    • Site Liaison
  3. Multi-Person Deployment

Typical for: Events and public sites

Larger or busier sites, longer operations or public-facing locations, with safety and ground support alongside the pilot.

    • Remote Pilot
    • Visual Observer
    • Safety Support
    • Ground Support
    • Site Liaison

Everyone on site has a defined role and a radio, and reports to the pilot. Our operations team speaks to the pilot, so flying is never interrupted by site conversations. Team sizes shown are typical; each operation is staffed to its risk assessment.

Typical jobs

Run this way, every time.

The same process sits behind every service we offer. These are the jobs we run most often.

Questions

What customers ask.

The practical questions we hear most before a first job.

Can I watch my operation live?

Yes, where live access is part of your operation. We set up a viewing dashboard for your project that shows the live video from the aircraft, and you can speak to our operations team while the operation runs.

The dashboard is view only. Flight data and our internal operational detail stay with the operations team, who can answer any question about the flight.

Who is in control of the drone?

The remote pilot on site. They fly the aircraft, keep it in sight and decide whether it is safe to fly. Our operations team monitors and coordinates the job around them.

Customers and other viewers can watch an operation but never control the aircraft.

How quickly can you mobilise?

It depends on the site and the permissions it needs. Sites that need extra permissions take longer to plan, and we give you the earliest available date when we quote.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The pilot will not fly if wind, rain or visibility make it unsafe. Where conditions are expected to improve we hold on site; otherwise we postpone and agree a new date with you.

Do you need permission to fly over my site?

We need the agreement of the landowner or site operator to take off and land, and we check the airspace for restrictions before every job. If your site sits in controlled or restricted airspace, we arrange the permissions as part of planning and build the lead time into the date we give you.

What happens to the footage and data afterwards?

It is supplied to you as the deliverables we agreed for your job. We keep the operational records we need and handle any personal data in line with our privacy policy.

Plan your next operation.

From a single inspection to a multi-person deployment, every Airframe operation is planned, flown and monitored the same way.

Include the site address, what you need and your dates, and we will come back with a plan and a quote. How we price
