The visibility gap

See Beyond Fixed Cameras.

Traditional CCTV provides essential security coverage, but fixed cameras cannot always deliver complete visibility across extensive commercial sites.

Remote boundaries, loading yards, operational compounds and areas between cameras can be difficult to monitor without installing additional infrastructure.

Airframe introduces a flexible aerial perspective.

Our drone monitoring operations provide scheduled or on-demand observations across agreed areas, helping security teams identify activity, assess concerns and make better-informed decisions.

An additional source of intelligence for your existing security operation.

01

Perimeter Monitoring

Observe fencing, boundaries, remote corners and site approaches. Identify activity requiring assessment by your security personnel.

02

CCTV Blind Spots

Extend visibility into areas that fixed cameras cannot adequately cover, without necessarily requiring additional permanent camera infrastructure.

03

Targeted Security Checks

Conduct focused aerial observations of agreed locations or reported concerns during scheduled or on-demand deployments.

Perimeter Boundary

Aerial monitoring provides additional visibility across fencing and remote site boundaries.

What the aerial view adds

From altitude the pilot can follow the fence line in one pass, checking its condition and looking for people, vehicles or activity close to the boundary on both sides.

How your team uses it

Observations are passed to your on-site security team with a location they recognise, so officers can decide whether to attend.

Illustrative example only. Monitoring areas, flight times and what is shared are agreed for each site. Thermal imaging detects surface temperature differences, cannot see through solid objects and depends on conditions, and is available on the DJI Matrice 4T.

Connected intelligence operations

From Observation to Informed Action.

Aerial monitoring becomes more valuable when the information reaches the people who need it.

Airframe connects on-site drone operations with our operational infrastructure and your nominated security personnel, creating a shared picture of activity across your site.

On the ground

A pilot on your site, in contact with your team.

Every deployment has an Airframe pilot on site who flies the agreed missions and talks directly to your security team. The connected dashboard adds to that conversation; it does not replace it.

Who we support

Built for Commercial Operations.

Every commercial site has different security priorities. Our aerial monitoring service is designed around your premises, existing security arrangements and operational requirements.

Commercial Property Operators

Additional aerial visibility for commercial buildings, industrial premises, warehouses and operational land.

Facilities & Building Management

Scheduled and targeted aerial observations to support the management of extensive premises and operational environments.

Professional Security Providers

Specialist aerial intelligence that complements existing guarding, CCTV monitoring and security response operations.

Typical premises

Sites where distance, layout or darkness limit what fixed cameras see.

  • Warehouses
  • Logistics facilities
  • Industrial estates
  • Construction compounds
  • Commercial premises
  • Operational yards

Equipment and operational capability

The Right Perspective. Day or Night.

Aircraft selection depends on the operational requirements, the environment and the agreed scope. We confirm which aircraft and cameras suit your site during planning.

People, recently used vehicles and running plant show up warmer than their surroundings, which helps when there is little or no light.

Deployment arrangements

Monitoring Built Around Your Site.

Whether you require a single deployment, scheduled monitoring or an ongoing arrangement, Airframe works with you to establish the coverage, operating periods and information-sharing requirements.

One-Off Monitoring

Targeted aerial observations for specific concerns, site assessments or defined operational requirements.

Scheduled Monitoring

Prearranged aerial checks during agreed operating periods.

Ongoing Monitoring Arrangements

Recurring deployments structured around the security requirements of your premises.

Monitoring takes place in planned flights during the agreed periods, not as continuous airborne surveillance. Flight durations, breaks for battery changes and the operating conditions are set out during planning.

What you receive

Clear Records of Every Deployment.

After each deployment your nominated contacts receive an observation report: what was flown, what was seen, when, and who it was shared with. The format is agreed for each contract.

Operational considerations

What to Know Before You Book.

Aerial monitoring adds to your security operation. It does not replace it, and like any flying operation it works within clear limits.

Regulation
Every flight is subject to the applicable CAA requirements.
Permissions
Site permissions and an operational assessment are required before any deployment.
Weather and airspace
Weather and airspace restrictions may affect or delay a deployment.
Connectivity
Live feeds depend on suitable mobile or site connectivity.
Agreed periods
Monitoring applies during the agreed deployment periods only.
Flight breaks
Aircraft need appropriate breaks for battery changes and checks.
Our role
Airframe observes and reports.
Your role
Your ground security team remains responsible for any intervention.

Data protection

Footage Handled with Care.

Aerial monitoring captures images of people and property. This is how we handle it, in line with UK data protection law and our privacy policy.

Agreed areas only
Flights are planned around the areas you ask us to monitor, and to minimise capturing people who are not involved.
No profiling
We do not use footage to identify, track or profile individuals. We report what is observed to the people responsible for the site.
Authorised viewers
Live video and basic telemetry are available only to the people you nominate.
Your imagery
Imagery is shared with you as the client who commissioned the work.
Retention
Kept for the period agreed with you, and otherwise no longer than needed for that job and any related claims.
Requests
Anyone who believes they appear in our footage can ask us to review, blur or delete it.
